摘要:本文簡述了壓敏電阻器與氣體放電管相互之間的配合使用。從保護可靠性的角度分析,采用兩者有效的配合使用,不但可以提高泄放暫態過電壓的能力,減緩壓敏電阻器的性能劣化。而且為降低壓敏電阻器在大幅值8/20電流波沖擊時,殘壓過高提供了有力依據。
