行波管放大器高壓電源的設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：文中給出了機(jī)載雷達(dá)發(fā)射機(jī)行波管放大器用高壓電源的原理框圖。論述了變換電路通過(guò)變壓器的電感和有源開(kāi)關(guān)兩端的電容諧振可以獲得零電壓開(kāi)關(guān)和變壓器鐵芯復(fù)位的工作過(guò)程。最后給出了高壓電源的實(shí)際工作結(jié)果。

Abstract：The principle of high-voltage power supply of travel-wave-tube amplifier for airborn transmitter is given in this paper.Zero-voltage switching for active switch and transformer-core resetting are achieved from the resonant that occurs between the capacitance across the active switch and the transformer inductance.The experiments of high-voltage power supply are given.
